Sketching is pretty calming. I have no expectations when I draw - I just go along with the shape and create. I don’t need it to be perfect when I start and no-one else needs to see it but its nice, in a way, I feel like I’m releasing something when I do.

- I woke up at 6:30 and spent an hour writing something for workshop while munching toast.
